About this work
I bring over two decades of senior HR experience across government and private sector organisations. My career has spanned the full breadth of strategic and operational HR — most recently as Head of People and Culture with a federal government agency — including presenting to boards on sensitive HR matters.
As a Certified HR Practitioner (CPHR) through the Australian Human Resources Institute, I bring both the practical experience and the professional credentialing that organisations can rely on.
I know what good HR looks like in practice, and I understand the organisational dynamics that make people work complex. That experience is what I bring to every engagement.
