About me
I partner with organisations to strengthen the skills, structures and people practices that support sustainable performance. Through foundational HR consulting and leadership and team development, I help create the conditions where people can contribute at their best.
Before founding the SquareCircle Collective, I spent more than 20 years working in and leading Human Resources functions across complex, highly regulated environments — including serving as the Head of People and Culture for a federal Government agency. My work spanned enterprise‑wide strategy, organisational design, executive coaching and building cultures grounded in trust, capability and human-centred leadership — the foundations of engaged, high‑performing teams. That experience is grounded in and deepened by contemporary training in coaching, leadership and change management.
Across industries and roles, I’ve seen how much pressure people carry and how easily focus, connection and capacity can erode under the demands of modern work. I created the SquareCircle Collective as a home for the work I believe makes the biggest difference — bringing together the HR expertise and human skills development that organisations and their people most need.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to help people do well, together, in ways that last.
